Termination Of Service: You may terminate services with 4G Antenna Shop Inc. at any time. 4G Antenna Shop Inc. may terminate your account with 48 hours if you fail to pay for services on your billing date, if you violate the law, or misuse services or 4G Antenna Shop Inc. equipment. In the event of termination by you, you must notify 4G Antenna Shop Inc. by calling customer support at 850-449-8888
Refund of Internet Services: If you are not completely satisfied with your service, you may request the termination of services by calling customer support at 850-449-8888. If you are within the 14 day cancellation policy, 4G Antenna Shop Inc. will issue a prorated credit from the day you have stopped service upon return of all 4G Antenna Shop equipment. We do not under any circumstances offer service refunds after the 14 day trial period.
Refund of Equipment (4GAS SUBSCRIBERS ONLY): If you are not completely satisfied with your equipment order, 4G Antenna Shop Inc. offers a 60-day return policy by contacting customer support at 850-449-8888. With the exception of the products/services detailed below (under “Equipment Return Terms”) returned 4G Antenna Shop equipment is eligible for a 100% refund (less shipping charges)
Leased Equipment: If your 4G Antenna Shop Equipment was included as a lease, you must return the device within 14 days of cancellation. If the device is not returned within 14 days after you called to cancel, you will be charged full price ($150.00)

With the exception of the products/services detailed below (under “Equipment Return Terms”) returned 4G Antenna Shop equipment is eligible for a 100% refund (less shipping charges)
Equipment Return Terms:
- Return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer
- In the unlikely event that an item is missing from your order or the order is in any way damaged/incomplete, you must report the issue to us within 7 days. 4G Antenna Shop Inc. is not obligated to replace missing/damaged items if they are not reported to customer service at 850-449-8888 within 7 days
- Shipping charges are not refundable
- In the event that your package has to be redirected by FedEx/UPS after it has shipped due to customer error or request (e.g. you entered an incorrect address when placing the order OR you decide you want it delivered to an alternate location once it’s already in transit), you will automatically be charged a $20 redirect fee
- Most equipment falls under our 60-day/14-day policy, which begins on the day your order is received at your location. However, there are a few exceptions:
- The original product(s) must be returned in otherwise new condition with ALL original materials (original packaging, manuals and accessories). All returned items will be inspected upon receipt at our warehouse, and if the product(s) is scratched, dirty, missing packaging/parts or in otherwise used condition your total refund will be decreased or denied.
- You MUST contact us by calling customer support at 850-449-8888 before returning an order – if you return products without contacting us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) there will be an automatic 20% restocking fee that is applicable to all items being returned for a refund. We are NOT obligated to offer full or partial refunds for returns WITHOUT an RMA number. RMA numbers will be issued by a customer support representative will be noted on your account
- Any refused shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping
- If you are returning a product that came with free accessories, you must return the free accessories as well. If you fail to return the accompanying free accessories, your refund will be reduced or you will be charged our regular sale price for the free items.
Defective Equipment: If the customer has had the equipment over 12 months, they must purchase a replacement at a discounted rate of $100.00. Customers with defective equipment they have had for less than 12 months will require the approval of exchange by a technical support representative. Upon approval, the customer has two options:
Option #1: A customer can pay a $100 deposit for replacement to be shipped immediately. Upon arrival of the replacement, the customer must ship the defective equipment with 14 days or forfeit the $100 deposit.
Option #2: A customer can mail the defective modem (at customers own expense) to our repair facility at 920 US HWY 1, SUITE G SEBASTIAN FL 32958-8616. Once received, the modem will be repaired within 24 hours and shipped back to the customer at no expense to the customer.
**Modems that are damaged for physical or lightening damage are subject to the $100.00 replacement charge and will not be refunded. There are no exceptions.
