Now record the Signal Strength and LTE BAND (Channel) Information.
Remember in order to maintain working service your signal score should be below -110 dbm.
Try changing the location of your internet device, having the device near other electronics may cause interference to the reception from the tower in your area. The best spot may be near a window. Never keep the internet device on the floor or in a closet.
Try moving your internet device to find a better signal, if that does not help, then you may need an externally mounted outdoor antenna. To determine if an outdoor antenna will help, take your device outside of your home business and see if the signal score has improved, if so, then an outdoor antenna should help you improve signal reception.
Try shutting off the WIFI on your internet device and using an independent wireless router such as a Netgear or Linksys device, this will help your internet device focus on the LTE signal. Any wireless router will work and the price range is around $30-$100 depending on the brand and features available, this wireless router can be purchased at your local BestBuy, Walmart, Office Depot or online.
