In the unfortunate event that you would need to return your modem or antenna back to the 4GAS ONLINE we have made it extremely simple to return the equipment to the following address listed below:

Internet Service:

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, 4G ANTENNA SHOP offers a 14-day service cancellation policy during which you may request a stop of service by contacting customer support at 8504498888. We will issue you a prorated credit from the day you stopped service. We do not under any circumstances offer service refunds after the 14 day trial period.

If you are not completely satisfied with your equipment order, 4G ANTENNA SHOP offers a 60-day return policy during by contacting customer support at 8504498888. With the exception of the products/services detailed below, returned 4G ANTENNA SHOP equipment is eligible for a 100% refund. (less shipping charges)

Important product returns procedures and exceptions:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • In the unlikely event that an item is missing from your order or the order is in any way damaged/incomplete, you must report the issue to us within 7 days. 4G ANTENNA SHOP is NOT obligated to replace missing/damaged items if they are not reported within 7 days.
  • Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
  • In the event that your package has to be redirected by FedEx/UPS after it has shipped due to customer error or request (e.g. you entered an incorrect address when placing the order OR you simply decide you want it delivered to an alternate location once it's already in transit), you will automatically be charged a $20 redirect fee.
  • Most equipment falls under our 60-day policy, which begins on the day your order is received at your location. However, there are a few exceptions:
  • The original product(s) must be returned in otherwise new condition with ALL original materials (original packaging, manuals and accessories). All returned items will be inspected upon receipt at our warehouse, and if the product(s) is scratched, dirty, missing packaging/parts or in otherwise used condition your total refund will be decreased or denied.
  • You MUST contact us by calling our customer support at 8504498888 before returning an order - if you return products without contacting 4G ANTENNA SHOP for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) there will be an automatic 20% restocking fee that is applicable to all items being returned for a refund. We are NOT obligated to offer full or partial refunds for returns WITHOUT an RMA number, an RMA number will be issued by representative you are working with and will be noted on your account.
  • Any refused shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping.
  • If you are returning a product that came with free accessories, you must return the free accessories as well. If you fail to return the accompanying free accessories, your refund will be reduced or you will be charged our regular sale price for the free items.

> Modem Equipment Exchanges:

Customers with non working equipment that need to have the equipment replaced first will require the approval of a technical support representative.

> Upon approval from TECH care a customer has two options:

Option #1

A customer can pay $100 deposit for an immediate replacement to shipped, the customer will have to return the broken equipment in a return envelope that will be provided in the new modems package. The customer has 14 days to return the broken modem or forfeit the $100 deposit.

Option #2

A customer can mail the broken modem (at customers own expense) in to our repair facility at 6266 N W STREET, PENSACOLA FL 32505, once received, the modem will be repaired within 24 hours and shipped back to the customer from 4GAS at no expense.

** Modems that are damaged for physical and lighting damage are subject to the $100 replacement charge and will not be refunded.

There are no exceptions.
